Suhas Narayan Sahakari is a Non-executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor's of commerce degree from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has been associated with our Company since June 12, 2025. He currently serves as an independent director on the board of directors of KJMC Financial Services Limited, and Saksham Gram Credit Private Limited. He was previously associated with RBL Bank Limited as their head - Kolhapur region and head - SME, SVC Co-operative Bank Limited as their managing director, Axis Bank Limited as their senior vice-president in their SME department, and the State Bank of India Limited. He has over 31 years of experience in the banking sector.

Raghupathi Narayanarao Cavale is a Non-executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a master's of science by research degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He has also obtained the doctor of science degree from Adamas University. He has been associated with our Company since June 12, 2025. He currently serves as a director on the board of directors of SS Supply Chain Solutions Private Limited, Galaxeye Space Solutions Private Limited, Finkurve Financial Services Limited, and Fractal Works Private Limited. He is also associated with Manipal Centre for Innovation Leadership and Entrepreneurship, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Bengaluru Campus as a director. He was previously associated with Infosys Limited in various capacities including as their senior vice-president and head of India business, associate vice-president (enterprise solutions), senior principal (enterprise solutions) and principal consultant (enterprise solutions). He has over 21 years of experience in information technology and consulting sector.

Nishant Tolchand Ranka is a Non-executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree in accounting and auditing (special) from K.P.B. Hinduja College of Commerce, University of Mumbai. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2005. He has been associated with our Company since June 12, 2025. He is currently working in the capacity of a practicing chartered accountant. He also serves on the board of directors of Finkurve Financial Services Limited, Augmont Goldtech Private Limited, Ramgopal Polytex Limited and Ideal Fiscal Services Limited. He was associated with Bagaria & Co. LLP as a designated partner and is associated with N T Ranka and Company as proprietor. He has over 21 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial advisory services.

Minal Bharat Khona is a Non-executive Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor's degree in science and a bachelor's degree in law from Amravati University. She is also a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, Thane District Court's Bar Association, Navi Mumbai Court Bar Association, and Kutchi Advocates Welfare Association, Mumbai. She has been associated with our Company since June 12, 2025. She is currently working as a lawyer. She currently serves on the board of directors of Jain International Trade Organisation. She was also appointed as a notary by the Government of India. Additionally, she serves as the director in-charge of the centre for excellence committee and as the chairperson of the grievance committee of Jain International Trade Organisation. She has also received the Kutch shakti national award in 2016, Dr. Sarojini Naidu – the nightingale of India international award for working women at the Global Literary Festival in 2021, the award for inspiring independent practitioner of the year (real estate) at the Lex Falcon Global Awards – India in 2024, the icons of Navi Mumbai award presented by The Economic Times and Times Interact in 2019, the Nari Tu Narayani award at the Shri Kutcha Dasha Oswal Jain Gnati Mahajan – Mumbai in 2016, the mid-day powerful women award in 2022, certificate of appreciation for exemplary services rendered to the society in the fields of law from Shree Kutchi Advocates Welfare Association in 2010, and the great legal minds award presented by Lokmat in 2023. She has over 30 years of experience in the legal field.
